Throwdown — Boxing / Kickboxing Specific

Throwdown blends real boxing and kickboxing technique with heavy bag rounds, jump rope, core work, and mitts. You’ll sharpen your hands, build your engine, and move with purpose to the beat of hip-hop and the pulse of the room.
No contact. No pressure. All fight.

Six rounds of release. Twenty minutes of reset. All soul.
Start on the bag—hard combos, heavy sweat, mental clarity. 
Then slow it down with deep breath, intentional flow, and bodywork to recover right.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

Get ready for an energetic workout with awesome hip-hop music to keep you pumped up. 

Our classes last 45 minutes and include 6 rounds of functional fitness exercises, 6 rounds on the punching bag, and 12 rounds of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It's a fun and effective routine to help you push yourself and improve your fitness.
